ASSISTED LIVING PROGRAM At Landmark, we are ready to provide services based on the changing needs of our residents. For residents who need assistance with personal care, we offer the Assisted Living Program. Our caring staff provides assistance in the comfort and privacy in the resident's own apartment. An individualized service plan assures peace of mind to family and friends that all personal needs are being met.
